Manage Your Subscription

There are two ways to subscribe to Brainrot — through the App Store (Apple) or directly with a credit card. How you manage, cancel, or request a refund depends on which method you used.

How to Tell Which One You Have

  • Direct subscription (credit card): Check your email for a message from Brainrot (support+brainrot@superwall.app). If you have one, you subscribed directly — follow the Direct Subscription instructions below.
  • App Store subscription (via Apple): On your iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. If Brainrot is listed there, you subscribed through Apple — follow the App Store instructions below.

Switch Plans via Apple

Want to switch from weekly to monthly or annual? You can change your plan anytime:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Brainrot
  5. Choose a different plan under Subscription Options

Your new plan will start at the end of your current billing period.

Cancel via Apple

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Brainrot
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Request a Refund from Apple

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled directly by Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Brainrot purchase
  4. Select Request a refund

Direct Subscriptions (via Credit Card)

Cancel or Request a Refund

If you subscribed directly with a credit card (not through the App Store), you can cancel and request a refund on our subscription management page.

Enter the email you used to subscribe, and you'll be able to:

  • View your subscription details
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Request a refund for your most recent charge

Switch Plans (Direct)

To switch to a different plan (e.g. weekly to annual), cancel your current subscription on the subscription management page, then resubscribe to the new plan in the app.
