Cancel or Request a Refund
All Brainrot subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel anytime or request a refund directly through your iPhone settings.
Cancel via Apple (App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Brainrot
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Don't See Your Subscription in Apple?
If you were charged directly via credit card and don't see Brainrot in your Apple subscriptions, you can manage your subscription here:
- Go to brainrot.superwall.app/manage
- Enter the email address you subscribed with
- Check your inbox for a management email
- Tap on your subscription > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription
Request a Refund
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Brainrot purchase
- Select Request a refund
